Your order is shipped within 1-3 days of placing your order. Under normal circumstances you will receive your package within 3-10 days from placing your order. No guarantees can be made on the exact amount of time it can take to receive your shipment. We make every effort to deliver in less than 7 days from the time your order is received.
Once you receive a tracking number for your package, that is an indication that the package has been shipped.
If the tracking number indicates that the package was lost and never delivered, Miracle Butter Cream will gladly ship a new order.
Once the tracking number indicates that the package has been confirmed "delivered" at the address you indicated on your order, Miracle Butter Cream is no longer responsible for the package. We cannot replace ANY packages that have been scanned by USPS as delivered.
If you did not receive your package and the tracking number indicates that it was delivered, you must contact your local US POST OFFICE that delivers to your specific location to find out the status and whereabouts of your package.
